We help you to recruit volunteer coaches from within your organisation, who we train and support to provide peer coaching to fellow parents in the workplace.

With the help of our peer coaching program, we support companies in building an organization that is based on trust, appreciation, and employee motivation. Companies need to constantly evolve what they offer to employees to be able to compete successfully in the face of the changing expectations and needs of the workforce.
